Our opinion :
Ring Cartier in 18k yellow gold in the shape of a sugar loaf. It's a 1970s piece with volume. The pattern resembles hollow waves. Gold has two different textures: shiny in the hollows and checkered amati on top.

We find the engravings inside the jewel (brand. serial number). It is a size 53 but there is the possibility of adjusting the size.
